1. 500 g chicken breast

 

2.Pound the chicken until it's tender 

​

3. 100 g smoked turkey and cut into thin slices 

​

4. 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh onions 

​

5. Fry onions in a pan with a tablespoon of corn oil 

​

6. 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh garlic 

​

7. 20 g olives 

​

8. 50 g spinach

 

9. Pinch of salt

​

10. Pinch of black pepper

 

11. Put the filling inside the chicken  

​

12. Add 10 g of mozzarella cheese 

​

13. 10 g of cheddar cheese 

​

14. 2 Eggs  

​

15. Pinch of salt 

​

16. Pinch of black pepper 

​

17.Pinch of sweet paper 

​

18. 1Tablespoon liquid milk 

​

19. 1 cup of flour 

​

20. 1 cup of fine rusk  

​

21. Deep Fry until it become gold
