INSTRUCTION
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips , lengthwise, about 2 cm thick ​
2. Put in a bowl 1 liter of water, 10g of salt and put 6 ice cubes in the water
​
3. Mix them well
​
4. Put the chicken in the bowl
​
5. Put a cup of flour in another bowl
​
6. Add to it a cup of starch ,a tablespoon of onion powder , ginger powder, garlic powder, paprika and teaspoon of salt
​
7. Mix the mixture well
​
8. Remove the chicken from the first bowl to the second bowl and mix it with flour
​
9. Put 1 liter of water in a third bowl and add 6 ice cubes
​
10. Remove the chicken from the flour and dip it in water and ice in the third bowl
​
11. Mix it with flour in the second bowl
12.Then fry the chicken in oil until done
​
