  1. Put three tablespoons of olive oil in the frying pan, so that the oil becomes hot

  2. Put half a cup of fine onion, a tablespoon of fine garlic and a tablespoon of chopped (rosemary) and fry with olive oil

  3. Put 500 grams of minced chicken in the pan with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of

  4. paprika and fry all until the chicken is done

  5. We prepare the samosa pastry and put a sufficient amount on top of each slice

  6. We put a little cheddar cheese and a little mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken

  7. Fold the slices into triangles and brush with the egg mixture to close

  8. Heat the vegetable oil in the pot and put the samosa for frying

  9. It's ready when it turns golden
