Roasted Chicken With Olive Sauce

whole chicken

water

salt 

olive oil

chopped onion

hopped garlic

black olives

butter

flour

lemon juice

water

black pepper

INSTRUCTION

1. Start by putting a liter of water in a bowl​

 

2.Addtow tablespoons of salt

​

3.Them stir well until dissolved

​

4. Put the whole chicken in the water 

​

5. Refrigerate for 12 hours

​

6. Dry it out of the water

​

7. Crease it with oil 

​

8.Put in the oven for an hour at 180c

​

9.After an hour put the chicken on a serving plate 

​

10.Then pour the sauce over the chicken
